The Sacred Art of Rupture

Three hours. One practice. Experience the safety and aliveness that’s waiting underneath your deepest attachment patterns.

Intimate connection — the practice of staying close

There’s a moment in every fight, every shutdown, every cold silence — where everything in you wants to leave.

We call that a rupture.

Most of us take that moment as a sign that something’s wrong — something to fix, to process, to get past. But what if it’s actually the beginning of something deeper?

This workshop gives you a powerful new way to meet the moment — and discover what’s available when you actually stay.

Sweet, simple, and powerful. The Sacred Art of Rupture really gave me and my partner the space to dive deeper into patterns that we knew were there, but that we couldn't quite touch. Edmond’s insightful and keen eye on our dynamics let us illuminate a new path forward. I highly recommend this workshop.
— Emily Letts, Sacred Art of Rupture

You’ll witness the practice worked live — a real rupture, moved through in real time. Then you’ll find your own material: a rupture that’s alive in you right now, tracked into the body beneath the story. You’ll do the practice yourself. And we’ll close by naming what moved, what surprised, and what wants more.

What if every rupture is a doorway — to the part of you that love has been trying to reach all along?

Most of what hurts in partnership isn’t about your partner. It’s an old attachment wound — a place where safety broke early — projected onto their face. This practice teaches you to see it, feel it in the body, and begin to take it back. What returns is more safety, more aliveness, more trust.

You leave with a quiet knowing: this is different from anything I’ve tried before.

Something moved

A shift in your body you didn’t expect — during the demo, during the practice, or both. A felt sense you can’t quite name. And a wondering about what would open up if you went deeper.

Something shifted

A pattern you’ve been living inside — the same fight, the same shutdown — looks different now. Not because someone explained it to you, but because you felt your way to the other side of it.

Something wants more

Three hours gave you a taste. You felt the potency of what happens when you stop managing rupture and start meeting it. And you know whether this is a path you want to walk further.

Very simple and yet so targeted and precise that it really opened up something new for me. I'm suddenly seeing all the ways that I get subtly hijacked by my internal creatures, and how that builds distance between my partner and me. The couple's practice for getting that creature to let go was revolutionary and is going to be a part of our life from now on. A real game changer.

Who This Is For

Open to singles and couples who sense that their deepest patterns in love are trying to show them something.

  • You keep landing in the same places in your relationship — the same distance, the same shutdown — and you’re starting to wonder if the way through isn’t what you’ve been trying
  • You’ve done therapy or communication work and it’s helped, but there’s a layer underneath it hasn’t reached
  • You’re single and notice the same patterns holding you back from the partnership you want — and you’re ready to understand why
  • You have a sense that your patterns in love are connected to something older — something about safety, attachment, or how you learned to protect yourself — and you want to feel what’s possible on the other side
