I love how Edmond brings the sacred to the edge of awakening. I could feel my heart opening with ease.

The Sacred Edge
An embodied & relational practice to meet yourself, again and again.
For anything that truly matters to us — our deepest yearnings in partnership, sex, purpose, parenthood, and more — life will continually orchestrate the circumstances that bring us to our edge.
The edge might feel like a seductive whisper calling us forth. Or it may be a wall that keeps smacking us in the face. Or an old story that keeps playing out over and over.
However it shows up, the body knows it. Time quickens. Space contracts. Sensation intensifies. It feels like there’s less room to breathe. Everything in our system wants to leave.
This place is our sacred edge.
An exquisitely held container for exploring embodied patterns of constriction around eros and life force. These patterns are met safely and skillfully on their own terms, with welcome, tenderness, and slowness. I would highly recommend this series to anyone interested in exploring the places where they pull away from contact, intimacy, and full aliveness.

The Sacred Edge workshop is my favorite relating workshop in the Boulder area — such a beautiful, safe container for real transformation. Deep gratitude.

A must for anyone truly looking to expand their edge, deepen their capacity, and fully be with life. The days and weeks following the event have felt incredibly alive as I’ve woven the experience into my life.

I can feel my little girl believing that she is enough, believing that she is lovable, believing that life’s got her — more and more every time I do this practice.

The Sacred Edge is a recurring embodied ritual of movement and attachment designed to build secure attachment with Life itself.
We cultivate safety and freedom in our bodies, learning that life will always be there to meet us — no matter how challenging the circumstance.
A unique experience every time.

Movement & Dance
The body leads. We let what’s alive in us move.
Relational Practice
Structured contact with another — at the pace that’s attuned to what your nervous system actually needs.
Deep Attachment Work
Building secure attachment with Life itself, woven throughout.
This is for you if —
- You sense that something deeply important to you — in partnership, intimacy, work, parenthood, community, desire, or anywhere life is calling you forward — keeps bringing you to the same edge.
- You have some willingness to be with what’s uncomfortable — in your body, in connection, at your edges.
- You want to feel more alive in your body, your desire, and your relationships — without having to dim any of it.
- You want to know what becomes possible when you stop bracing at your edges and start breathing into them.
What you’ll leave with —
- A direct, body-level experience of being met by something greater than yourself at the precise edges where you usually leave.
- Contact with the deeper yearnings inside yourself that hide under your sacred edges.
- A taste of the safety and freedom in your nervous system from feeling secure attachment.
- Tools you can take home — practices for staying at your edge when life brings you back to it.
- Community and connection with others practicing staying when things get intense.
You bring what’s alive in you, and what’s bringing you to your edge. We meet what’s real together.
We weave movement and dance, relational practice and ritual, and deep attachment healing throughout.
It’s a unique experience every time, always designed for us to slow down at the places where we normally contract, widen the channel of sensation, and be with what’s truly there.
Let yourself be loved and touched in precisely the places where you think love will go away.

What others have said.
Sweet, simple, and powerful. The experience really gave me and my partner the space to dive deeper into patterns that we knew were there, but that we couldn't quite touch. Edmond’s insightful and keen eye on our dynamics let us illuminate a new path forward.
Very simple and yet so targeted and precise that it really opened up something new for me. I'm suddenly seeing all the ways that I get subtly hijacked by my internal creatures, and how that builds distance between my partner and me. The couple's practice for getting that creature to let go was revolutionary and is going to be a part of our life from now on. A real game changer.
One of my core fears is that no one’s going to show up for what I do or nothing I ever do matters. And so to literally have someone show up and meet me, that’s everything.
